1. To locate homebrew, npm and node try the which command in terminal. For example I used which brew and found. Kris$ which brew /usr/local/bin/brew which is an alias for.

A JavaScript library for homebrew recipe calculations. Hombrewlib is a model-driven design instrument for beer recipes.You need to have basic knowledge of brewing, e.g., you are a home or professional brewer, to be able to profitably use the library. Just to close off this issue, as of 02 April 2014 npm is now installed using a tarball so it is installed by Homebrew when installing Node.js but it is free to manage and upgrade itself. None of the above workarounds should be necessary. You just need brew install node and you're done.

homebrew-npm-noob generates a Homebrew formula for an npm package. It is inspired by homebrew-pypi-poet.
